The kit comes with a headband with long gray ears, and a patch of black hair on top. It also has the most important part of Eeyore, his tail. The cute matching tail is stuffed and has a Hook and Loop fastener strap for attaching to your pants. Hang out with Pooh Bear and Piglet for a group costume, or go solo as the adorable donkey.

To start a return request, you can contact us at diamond@funservicescolorado.com. Return requests will be accepted on a case by case basis.  Not all return requests will be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will notify you of our decision.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not refunded on any online purchase. We do not provide return labels, or cover return cost of shipping. Return claims must be made with 30 days of purchase. 

We are not responsible for stolen or lost merchandise. All packages are tracked with all carriers. 

Items ordered on/or after October 25th, 2023, are not guaranteed to arrive by Halloween.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are NOT refunded on any online purchase.

IN STORE PURCHASES: Costumes, Costume Accessories, Makeup, and Halloween Product, can be exchanged or returned for Store Credit only, offered through OCTOBER 25TH, 2022.  Must have a receipt and be in sell-able condition. Must have been purchased in the last 30 days. 

Everyday Party Supplies: can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing, must have receipt and be unopened, and in sell-able condition. Shipping costs are not refunded on any online purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are NOT refunded on any online purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
