In X-Code, you play as a team to crack an encrypted code before time runs out. From the moment you flip over the timer the game is frenetic: You quickly draw and discard cards as you shout back and forth with the other players to trade those cards to create sets. When you create a set, place it on the board to get one step closer to winning. But keep an eye on the timer-you may need to play your set to earn more time rather than crack the code. If you cover every number on the board with a set before time runs out, you and the other players have won. Grab the special key, unlock the vault to reveal the next challenge, level up, and flip over the timer to start again.

Items ordered on/or after October 25th, 2022, are not guaranteed to arrive by Halloween.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are NOT refunded on any online purchase.

IN STORE PURCHASES: Costumes, Costume Accessories, Makeup, and Halloween Product, can be exchanged or returned for Store Credit only, offered through OCTOBER 25TH, 2022.  Must have a receipt and be in sell-able condition. Must have been purchased in the last 30 days. 

Everyday Party Supplies: can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing, must have receipt and be unopened, and in sell-able condition. Shipping costs are not refunded on any online purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are NOT refunded on any online purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
