Return Requests

• Return requests must be emailed to diamond@funservicescolorado.com.
• Requests are reviewed case by case; not all will be approved.
• Do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.
• Return claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not provide return labels or cover return shipping.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be in the same condition received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Damages & Issues

• Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• The fastest method is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

• We will notify you when your return is received and inspected.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Notices

• We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. All shipments include tracking.
• Orders placed on or after October 17, 2025, are not guaranteed to arrive by Saturday, October 25, 2025.
• Orders placed on or after October 23, 2025, are not guaranteed to arrive by Halloween.
• No returns are accepted after October 31, 2025.
