Return Requests
- Return requests must be emailed to diamond@funservicescolorado.com.
- Requests are reviewed case by case; not all will be approved.
- Do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.
- Return claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not provide return labels or cover return shipping.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- The fastest method is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
- We will notify you when your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
Shipping & Delivery Notices
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. All shipments include tracking.
- Orders placed on or after October 17, 2025, are not guaranteed to arrive by Saturday, October 25, 2025.
- Orders placed on or after October 23, 2025, are not guaranteed to arrive by Halloween.
- No returns are accepted after October 31, 2025.
Everyday Party Supplies
- May be returned for a full refund within 30 days, must be unopened, in sellable condition, and include a receipt.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
